Each session will begin with a short, informal introduction followed by free choice of activities, and end with an optional reflection time. There is no pressure to participate in group activities and all tasks are optional. Suitable outdoor clothing is required(outdoor footwear, waterproofs and long-sleeves. Drinks and snacks are provided.

"Thank you so much to Esther and team for delivering a fantastic forest school skills afternoon to the students at The Manchester Hospital Schools. Students were guided through activities in a supportive environment which enabled all of our students, many with high anxiety to take part in every aspect of the afternoon. The activities stimulated social interactions between pupils who find this extremely challenging. We will 100% be having another event in the near future!"
Kieran Halliwell, Educational Visits Co-ordinator, Leo Kelly Centre

New Venue - Woods for Hire

If you are interested in running any sessions from a private site, we have recently collaborated with a farm in Romiley, Stockport which has acres of land and a small patch of woodland which would be perfect to run Eco therapy sessions from.

There is also accommodation on site for up to 10 guests. This would suit hiking parties, First Aid courses. Art/craft weekends, wellbeing retreats (yoga courses).

If you are interested, please get in touch with Esther via phone or email and we can give you more details.
